2024 Report on Addressing Forced Labour and Child Labour Risks

Consolidated Dealers Inc. is committed to upholding ethical standards across our operations and supply chain. We recognize the importance of combatting forced and child labour in supply chains and have implemented robust policies and processes to address these risks.

1. Identification and Assessment of Risks: Consolidated Dealers Inc. has conducted thorough assessments to identify areas within our own business operations and supply chain where forced labour and child labour risks may exist. This includes assessing suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors at various stages of production. We have particularly focused on high-risk regions and industries prone to exploitation.

2. Policies and Due Diligence Processes: We have established clear policies and due diligence processes regarding forced labour and child labour. These policies outline our zero-tolerance approach to these practices and our commitment to adhering to international labor standards, including those outlined by the International Labour Organization (ILO) and the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights. Our due diligence processes involve thorough supplier screening, audits, and ongoing monitoring to ensure compliance with our standards.

3. Remediation Efforts: Consolidated Dealers Inc. has taken proactive measures to address instances of forced labour and child labour identified within our operations or supply chain. This includes engaging directly with suppliers to address issues, providing support for affected individuals, and working to mitigate any adverse impacts on vulnerable families. We recognize the importance of addressing not only the immediate concerns but also the underlying systemic issues that contribute to these practices.

4. Effectiveness Assessment: We continuously assess the effectiveness of our efforts to ensure that forced labour and child labour are not present in our operations or supply chain. This includes monitoring key performance indicators related to labor standards compliance, conducting regular audits and inspections, and soliciting feedback from stakeholders, including workers and civil society organizations. We are committed to ongoing improvement and transparency in our approach.

Consolidated Dealers Inc. remains dedicated to combatting forced labour and child labour in our operations and supply chain.
