Brief History of Consolidated Dealers
We have been a buying group for new car dealers since 1979. Currently operating out of 3 warehouses in Woodbridge, Ontario (Head Office), Edmonton, Alberta and Ottawa, Ontario. In 2013, we created a collision repair network, CCS, to help our body shop members grow their business. Annual sales exceed $170 million. 80 employees in total. 100% dealer owned and operated.

Leadership Team
Mike Beier
President & CEO
Mike is a third-generation automotive professional, with nearly 20 years of experience in the collision and automotive industry. Since 2012, he has been the driving force behind the development and rise of Consolidated Collision Services (CCS), joining the leadership team of the Consolidated Dealers in 2018.
In 2024 it was announced that Mike was promoted to President & CEO of Consolidated Dealers, tasked with driving the next phase of growth and innovation for the co-operative and our customers.
Holding an Honours Bachelor of Commerce, an enthusiasm for strategic planning and a passion for anything automotive, Mike brings a fresh perspective to the challenges and opportunities ahead for new car dealers and collision centres.
Janette Tooley
Senior VP & CFO
Janette Tooley is the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Consolidated Dealers. Since joining the company in 2008, she has played a key role in shaping the organization’s strategic direction and operational success.
In her role, Janette oversees Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Operations, and Purchasing across all three of the company’s warehouse locations in Woodbridge, Edmonton, and Ottawa. Her leadership ensures alignment and efficiency across departments and regions, supporting the company’s continued growth and performance.
Janette holds a CPA designation (CGA, 2007) and an MBA from Laurentian University. She is known for her strong leadership, strategic mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement. Her ability to build strong business relationships and lead high-performing teams has made her an invaluable asset to the organization.
Outside of her corporate responsibilities, Janette teaches part-time in the Business Department at Georgian College, where she enjoys mentoring future business leaders. When she’s not working or teaching, she loves spending time and travelling with her daughters.
Greg Fenzl
Senior VP of Sales & Marketing
Greg Fenzl serves as the Vice President of Sales at Consolidated Dealers, where he has a broad scope of responsibilities that include overseeing the National Sales Team, the Refinish Division, and the Equipment Division. Equipped with a solid educational background in Chemical Engineering Technology from Ryerson University, Greg has a well-rounded industry experience that spans different sectors. His portfolio includes his previous stints with CIL paints, Canadian Tire in both head office and store management capacities, and marketing of OEM parts to collision repair facilities on behalf of new car dealers. Greg became part of the Consolidated Dealers family in 2003 when he took on the role of an Account Manager, and by 2006, he had earned his place in the management team.
When he is not steering the Sales division of Consolidated Dealers, Greg Fenzl indulges in his love for boating, frequently exploring the waters of the Georgian Bay area. This outdoor activity allows him to take a breather from his professional commitments and enjoy the serenity of the water.
However, Greg’s passions extend beyond the water. When on dry land, he immerses himself in the vibrant world of live music, a testament to his eclectic tastes. Additionally, he nurtures his enthusiasm for auto racing, an interest that harmoniously aligns with his professional life in the automotive industry. These diverse interests make Greg well-rounded, maintaining a balanced blend of professional dedication and personal hobbies.
David Mildenberger
National Director of Key Accounts
David serves as the National Director of Key Accounts, leading the relationships between Consolidated Dealers and both vendors and major Dealer Group partners. His role encompasses reporting, analytics, exploring business growth opportunities, and identifying new product and service offerings for Dealers.
With over 35 years in the auto industry, David brings valuable insights from his experience owning a dealership and working across various departments within retail automotive. He has a robust background in the automotive aftermarket, specializing in product offerings and training.
David earned a degree in Automotive Marketing and Business Management from Northwood University and is also a graduate of the Canadian Automotive Institute, now known as the Automotive Business School of Canada.
His genuine passion for the automotive sector drives David’s commitment to delivering exceptional value and customer satisfaction to both his Dealers and vendor partners.
