Tom began his automotive career in 1985 at Consolidated Dealers after graduating from York University. In 1999, he was promoted to Vice President of Sales & Marketing and held that position until 2006. In 2007, he was promoted to President & CEO and has guided the company since then to the market leading automotive buying group in Canada. In 2012 Tom earned his MBA from Western University in London, Ontario. He continues to successfully lead the company in revenue growth and shareholder profits.

Janette Tooley is the Chief Financial Officer for Consolidated Dealers. Janette has been with the company for over 10 years. Janette continues to prove to be a tremendous asset to the company by achieving overall company goals and objectives within the Finance and Accounting Department.
Janette has strong leadership skills, a continuous improvement mindset, excellent business relationships and an organized business acumen.
In addition to her strong commitment to success, Janette obtained her CGA, CPA in 2007 and recently earned her MBA (Master of Business Administration) from Laurentian University. She also currently teaches part-time at Georgian College, Business Department.
When not busy working, teaching and raising her daughters, Janette enjoys camping with her family.

Greg Fenzl is the Vice President of Sales for Consolidated Dealers and oversees the National Sales Team, Refinish Division and Equipment Division. Greg has a background in Chemical Engineering Technology from Ryerson University. Greg’s industry background includes CIL paints, Canadian Tire (head office and store management), and marketing of OEM parts to collision repair facilities on behalf of new car dealers. Greg joined Consolidated Dealers in 2003 as an Account Manager and in 2006 joined the Management Team.
Greg can be found boating in the Georgian Bay area and when not on the water is an avid live music fan and auto racing enthusiast.

A third-generation automotive professional, with over 15 years of collision industry knowledge and experience. Since 2012, Mike has led the development and growth of Consolidated Collision Services and became a member of the Consolidated Dealers Co-Operative leadership team in 2018.
Holding an Honours Bachelor of Commerce, an enthusiasm for strategic planning and a passion for anything automotive, he brings a fresh perspective to the challenges and opportunities ahead for new car dealers.
In his spare time, Mike is the host of CCS University, a current member of the Canadian Collision Industry Forum Steering Committee (2023-2024) and is a part of the Centennial College Auto Body Program Advisory Committee.
